Returns or Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are applicable for full price items only
  • Returns and Exchanges can be made within 3 days after the customer has received their order.
  • Item(s) that will be return or exchanges have to be in its original condition, i.e., with tag(s) attached, not worn, and still in the condition previously sent.
  • Applicable to domestic order only

Placing an order and Payment

  • Indonesia customer has two payment options using Credit Card via DOKU Payment Gateway or Bank Deposit. Payment using bank deposit must be made within 24 hours after placing order. Failed to meet this condition will result in cancellation of order without further notice.
  • Payment should be made with credit card via DOKU Payment Gateway when checking out.
  • All transactions are settled in Indonesia Rupiah (IDR). If you are ordering from outside Indonesia, and your bank account or credit card is held in different currency, you can still order by credit card.

Delivery

  • Pretty Boxes deliver to most destination in the world.
  • Pretty Boxes uses Royal Cargo to deliver to Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Philippines and uses EMS to the rest of the world.
  • Freight charges are varied depending on the weight of your purchase
  • For Indonesia customer, purchases over Rp 1.500.000,- will subjected to free shipping for Indonesian address. 
  • Most order will be dispatched within 2 working days after Pretty Boxes confirmed your payment
  • Delivery will be made daily from Monday - Friday
  • Expected delivery time:
    • Indonesia customer: 1-5 working days depending on your location
    • International customer: 4-15 working days depending on your location
