How much is the shipping fee?

For Indonesia Customer: 

Free shipping when you order Rp 1.500.000 or more.

 

What are the payment option?

We accept payment with visa, mastercard, BCA KlikPay (via DOKU) and bank deposit for Indonesian customer only.

For payment via bank deposit, please send the proof of payment to hello@theprettyboxes.com within 24 houra after checkout. If you fail to do so, your order will be cancelled without further notice.

How long will I receive my order?

After you make your payment please allow at least 3 business days to pack your order and depending on your location, it usually takes 1-7 business days.

For pre-order, please allow at least 2-3 weeks after closing dates.

 

Do we ship internationally?

Do you accept return or exchanges?

We do not under any circumstances accept any return or exchanges for sale item.
